2021 is finally over - and a new year brings new opportunities!
Let's be honest - we were all challenged by the constant up's and down's of the pandemic last year. Between getting adjusted to new rules and maintaining our sanity, health and fitness unfortunately took a backseat for many people. While January usually marks an attempt to turn things around by signing up for a gym membership - things might be different this year as gyms are currently closed in BC for in-person training. But we cannot risk the long-term consequences of being inactive. That's is why it's more important than ever to find new & creative ways to stay healthy this year.
