Online workouts are a great way to stay fit and active, achieve goals and still get the benefits of a real person supporting your journey.
We will start with an assessment and determine after that, what you would like to work on and how we will get you there.
Sessions are 55 minutes long and all you need is a mat and a computer/pad/phone to log on.

How do I pay?
You can send an e-transfer or use Square. Contact me for details.
Will it be as effective as training at the gym?
Yes! It can actually be better for some people than training at the gym. You can work out whenever you want in your home, so location is not a factor. It is also more cost effective for you as I don't have any costs for 'gym rental'.

Do I need any equipment ?
I will mostly work with what each client has at home already but it never hurts to have a resistance band, free weights and maybe a tennis ball. If you have any questions and don't want to spend a ton of money, I can help you pick out what is best for you.
Why can I not just use free videos, articles, etc. on the internet ?
While some information on the internet is great, as soon as you need modifications or have a specific goal, it won't be as effective anymore. Having an expert lay out a plan and help you with every step is a much more effective way to get you where you want to be. And don't forget about human connection- it's always nice to have someone who cheers you on and supports you!
