Introduction To Metabolic Mindfulness is a free online program, focused on helping exhausted women to get rid of energy-draining habits that keep them from spending time on the things and more importantly- the people they love!


In this course, which consists of 3 short modules, we’ll drill down on a few key areas:


We’ll start by learning about 'Self-Care' and why it matters, especially for women.

After that, we will dive deeper into the concept of 'Putting Yourself First'.

The last module 'Healthy Living', provides you with 4 practical tips on how you can implement Self-Care in your daily life to create energy-renewing habits.


Once you sign up, you will receive a Welcome-email plus the first module 'Self-Care'.

Each section of the module (about 3) should take you about 2-5 minutes to complete which makes this course a great way to reflect and unwind at the end of a busy day. The last two modules 'Putting Yourself First' and 'Healthy Living' will be released the next day and the day after, respectively.
