Water is very important to all life forms. Unfortunately, most of us don't get enough of it!
Here a 5 ways to increase your water intake and stay hydrated:
1) Drink a glass of water every time you take a break (at work, home, etc).
2) Fill one big water bottle and finish it by a certain time.
3) Flavour your water with some fresh fruit or squeeze a bit of lemon in your glass.
4) Drink a glass of water before every meal.
5) Replace other drinks with water.
Stay hydrated ! Your body will thank you!
