1) Buy local produce from the vegetable and fruit section of the grocery store
2) Don't eat anything that has ingredients you can't pronounce or do not know what it is 3) Try to avoid pre-packaged, ready-made, processed and deep fried foods (usually in the middle of the aisles) If you would like to know how you can improve your diet by simply finding the right products in the grocery store, send me an email!
