Exercise And Mental Well-being

There are many reasons to exercise:

- Improving strength
- Improving cardiovascular fitness
- Improving sleep patterns
- Boost productivity

One of the most overlooked benefits is, that it can improve your mental wellbeing by boosting your mood and reducing symptoms of depression.

Mental wellbeing is defined as how we respond to life's ups and downs.
If we are stressed, we are usually in a bad mood, lethargic and generally low on energy.
Exercising, however, releases certain hormones, like endorphins, to make us happier. This leads to the fact that stressful situations can be dealt with more easily, we have more energy to take on daily tasks, more confidence and we tend to be in a better frame of mind overall. Hence, we can deal with life's curveballs a little bit better !
