ok, silly question... I am sure most of you !
While I was on holiday I had some time to read lots of books and I kinda went down the 'stress' rabbit hole and ended up reading let's say- a few . I learned more about women's health and hormones and am still filtering out all the relevant info. Long story short, I want to dedicate the rest of August to 'Stress Management' since I have seen via my own health, how much it can influence your life. One of the most important things I learned is that stress sneaks up on you. You always think: "I'm fine, I am really not that stressed" until you start having physical symptoms like being unable to maintain weight, feeling tired or depressed, headaches, stomach issues, injuries and the list goes on. I think there are a few basic things everyone can do to improve their health and mental well-being and I am happy to share them with you! -hint: nature plays an important role ! Stay tuned!

Great topic. I love to learn more. Symptoms that sneak up on me are not able to sleep trough the night and not eating properly… both happening too much lately :-(
